She completed her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Her areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics, vaginal births, instrumental deliveries, and minimal access gynaecological surgery.

Dr. Girija then attained membership in the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, UK. She trained in the United Kingdom and completed fellowships at various renowned NHS institutions, such as Queen’s Hospital, London, and Princess Royal Hospital, West Sussex.

She has presented numerous publications nationally, and her holistic approach to obstetrics and gynaecology made her an expert in the field.
